Benghazi, IRS, AP: Playing Dumb Is Losing Its Charm

Friday's hearing was revealing.

It revealed the further debauchery of this administration. The plague of aversion to responsibility, spread by the Commander-in-Chief. In all the hearings and press conferences so far, one response has become a mantra from every member of this administration: "I don't know." 

On Benghazi, the AP scandal and the IRS scandal...Who, what, where, when, why and how. Obama, Holder, Hillary and anyone else (i.e. Miller) connected with this administration claim to be clueless on ANYTHING for which this regime is culpable. Here are a few of the growing questions since the Hearings:

On Benghazi:

• Who told the Military to "stand down" twice, which resulted in 4 dead Americans in Benghazi, Libya?

• Who changed the talking points to a demonstration about a video from a planned terrorist attack?

• Where was the President when the attack was occurring, what did he know and when did he know it?

• Why did the administration continue to disseminate a false narrative about a video, when they knew within 24 hrs of the attack that it was a terror attack?

On the AP:

• What did Holder do before recusing himself and when did he recuse himself from this case (he admits no paper trail)?

• Who did he put in charge and what directions were they given by him?

• Was his supposed recusal compromised in any way?

• Did the DOJ violate the AP's 1st Amendment Rights?

Just War And The Jewish State: Their Home Is Their Castle

Believe it or not, in a Blue State like NY, we actually have an article in the Penal Law that allows us to employ self-defense. Article 35 of the Penal Law specifies when an individual is justified in using force to defend life or property. (Proof that there was once sanity in the Empire State.) 

Many States in the union have adopted an American doctrine known as, The Castle Doctrine...

The Castle Doctrine, or the Defense of Habitation Law, is derived from English Common Law. The law defines ones home, or in some cases any place that you legally occupy, as a place where you have the liberty to be free from trespass.  It also gives you the right to defend your life, or the life of another who legally occupies the “castle” with deadly force if the situation warrants it.  In a legal proceeding your actions can be defended as justifiable under the Castle Doctrine.

The Castle Doctrine is a microcosm of the Just War Doctrine, which states that a nation may justly go to war for some restricted reasons, which are basically those of self-defense, and the rescue of another nation from an aggressor.

Guess what? Israel has a right to defend itself...according to international law and the UN Charter (article 51). As stated by Alan Dershowitz, "...acts of war—known as Casus Belli—fully justify an Israeli armed response...Providing weapons to a declared enemy in the face of an embargo has historically been deemed an armed attack under the law of war, especially when those providing the weapons intend for them to be used against the enemy's civilians."

Iran has been providing weapons to Hamas (and Hezbollah), to attack Israeli civilians, for some time. The proof is unequivocal. And Iran's puppet Assad has been testing Chemical Weapons on his own people in preparation for an attack on the Arab/Muslim world's number one enemy: Israel.

Therefore...Voila...there exists more than sufficient justification for Israel to severely damage, if not destroy, Iran's nuclear program...and any other threat to their national security.

International Law agrees. The UN Charter agrees. Sovereign, peace-loving nations agree. Allow Israel to protect and defend...to do otherwise would be the apex of artifice.

Google: The Wile E  Coyotes Of Foreign Policy

You'd think being one of the greatest portals of info in the world would peek ones curiosity to actually READ some of that info and make one full of knowledge...not jam-packed with sheer ignorance. But alas...Google has proved the latter true...

According to Wikipedia, Google Inc. is an American multinational corporation specializing in Internet-related services and products. These include search, cloud computing, software and online advertising technologies. Hmm...that would put the following statement, by Google spokesman Nathan Tyler, at odds with their description:

"We're changing the name 'Palestinian Territories' to 'Palestine' across our products. We consult a number of sources and authorities when naming countries. In this case, we are following the lead of the UN... and other international organizations."

I'm sorry, did I miss Foreign Affairs experts in their description? Did these business geniuses suddenly become the new Wile E Coyotes of Foreign Policy? 

Since Mr. Tyler and his ilk are too busy profiting off their work to UTILIZE their service, allow me to give them a primer that they don't even have to Google:

• Judea-Samaria (also know as the West Bank) belongs to Israel. Always has and always will. It's part of the Jewish National Homeland.

• The Middle East Road Map for Peace developed by the Quartet ( UN, US, EU & Russia) began with Phase I and the first stipulation of that Phase has never been fulfilled: Phase I (finished as early as May 2003): Mutual recognition; end to Palestinian violence and terrorism.

The Benghazi Barry-cade Against Truth

Just in case Obama and Hillary thought the Benghazi Terror Attack case was dead...like our brave men who died there...think again...

It appears that the Chicago Thug-Machine is oiled and raising its draconian fist again...and attempting to stop the facts from coming out on what REALLY happened in Benghazi on 9-11-12. According to the Washington Times, a former Justice Department official said anonymous members of the White House administration have threatened whistleblowers who want to speak on the facts of the terror attacks on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya. Victoria Toensing, a former Justice Department official and Republican counsel to the Senate Intelligence Committee, is representing one of the State Department workers who claims to have been threatened. Toensing said, "I am talking specifically about Benghazi; that people have been threatened...People have been threatened and not just at the State Department. People have been threatened at the CIA."

I just got a whiff of the Clinton-control machine...with a touch of Hillary and her heinous hometown. I guess fascists of a feather...well. you know...

Now, Federal law affords explicit protections for federal government employees who are identified as “whistle-blowers.” These laws aim to ensure these persons will not face repercussions from their superiors, or from other sectors, in retaliation for their provision of information about malfeasance or other forms of wrongdoing to Congress, or to an agency’s investigative official...
